WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I begin crafting items as soon as orders are placed. My policy is firm, if you have any questions please feel free to email.
My policy requires:
Cancellation must be within 24 hours of purchase.
All custom orders are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued to items that were damaged upon arrival.
If an item arrives damaged, please send two quality pictures of the damage. This must be completed with an email notification within 3 days of arrival.
Refund will be sent when I receive the damaged item.
Please pay close attention if a product has a policy disclaimer.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
I accept credit/debit cards & Paypal on this site.
If you would like to pick up in person, I accept credit/debit cards, Paypal, Venmo & Cash.
If there is a unique macrame piece you would like me to create for you, please submit a "Creation" form via email for a free quote. Please include pictures for reference.
If you simply want to dye or change a part of a complete piece, please submit a "Customize" form via email for a free quote.
You will receive a response within 48 hours.
